Warranty & Returns



COMPASS products are warranted to the consumer purchaser to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the consumer owns the product. Warranty does not cover sharpening, normal wear and tear, environmental factors, accidental damage, misuse, industrial/commercial use. At COMPASS’ discretion, defective product will be repaired, replaced or substituted with a product of equal value. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state. If you feel you have a defective item, please contact us at service@compassint.cn. Our customer care team will be happy to help you. Manufacturers’ warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as use of the product, where the product was purchased, or from whom you purchased the product.
COMPASS’ warranty applies to ONLY products being sold by Authorized Resellers. We regretfully will not provide any warranty for products sold by any other sources. Proof of purchase will be required to obtain warranty. Please review the warranty carefully, and contact the us if you have any questions.
For expedited service, you’re encouraged to register your product.


This policy applies to products purchased directly from COMPASS.  If you purchased your item from a dealer, please contact that dealer. For Warranty Returns, visit the Warranty page. All returns require a Return instructions which will be provided to you by COMPASS. Please send email to service@compassint.cn or complete the Contact Us form to get proper return information. Refused shipments, returns due to bad addresses, or unattainable delivery signatures will incur a 25% restocking fee. Returns policy varies by product and some products are not returnable.

Returns must take place within 30 days of the original COMPASS shipping date. Custom made-to-order items and discontinued items are not returnable. Check with a COMPASS customer service representative on these topics at time of order.
